Our Approach
Pikes Peak Coaching & Consulting Background
By starting with the CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) assessment, we identify your unique talents and begin to hone those into actions that achieve the goals of the individual and/or team. I design programs specifically to the needs of the client, including career exploration, life coaching, team building, and workshop facilitation. By focusing on what is already working, together we leverage that so that excellence can be achieved!
